وضعیت گرایش شهروندان به ورزش صبحگاهی و موانع آن

چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی وضعیت گرایش شهروندان استان صلاح الدین کشور عراق به ورزش صبحگاهی و موانع آن انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی-پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه شهروندان استان صلاح الدین در سال 1401 بود از شهرهای سامرا و تکریت تعداد 384 نفر به عنوان نمونه به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه‌ محقق ساخته با 40 گویه استفاده شد که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تایید قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های کلموگروف اسمیرنف، آزمون لوین و آزمون T در نرم‌افزار Spss22 استفاده شد. طبق نتایج موانع اقتصادی، موانع قانونی، موانع زیرساختی، موانع فردی و موانع محیطی درگرایش شهروندان استان صلاح الدین به ورزش صبحگاهی تأثیرگذار بودند میانگین وضعیت گرایش به ورزش صبحگاهی به تفکیک جنسیت، تحصیلات، اشتغال و وضعیت تاهل پاسخگویان متفاوت بود. مولفه «موانع قانونی» با میانگین رتبه (28/2) کمترین و «موانع محیطی» با میانگین رتبه (74/3) بیشترین تاثیر را درگرایش شهروندان استان صلاح الدین به ورزش صبحگاهی داشتند. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده از این پژوهش می‌توان گفت برطرف کردن موانع می تواند به توسعه ورزش صبحگاهی در بین شهروندان استان صلاح الدین کمک شایانی نماید.

چکیده English

This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the attitude of citizens of Salahuddin province of Iraq towards morning exercise and its obstacles. The research method was descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the research included all the citizens of Salah al-Din province in 1401, 384 people were selected as samples from the cities of Samarra and Tikrit by cluster sampling. A researcher-made questionnaire with 40 items was used to collect information, and its validity and reliability were confirmed. To analyze the data, Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests, Levin's test and T-test were used in Spss22 software. According to the results, economic barriers, legal barriers, infrastructural barriers, personal barriers, and environmental barriers were influential in the tendency of the citizens of Salahuddin province to exercise in the morning. The component of "Legal Obstacles" with an average rating of (2.28) was the lowest and "Environmental Obstacles" with an average rating of (3.74) had the greatest impact on the tendency of the citizens of Salahuddin province to exercise in the morning. Based on the results obtained from this research, it can be said that removing the obstacles can help the development of morning exercise among the citizens of Salahuddin province
