ارائه مدل رفتار کارآفرینانه مدیران سازمان های ورزشی ایران

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین ارائه مدل رفتار کارآفرینانه مدیران سازمان های ورزشی ایران بود. شرکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش حاضر، متخصصان و صاحب‌نظران حوزه مدیریت ورزشی، کارآفرینی بودند. روش نمونه گیری پژوهش، روش نظری بود؛ نمونه گیری تا رسیدن مقوله ها به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت؛ و بعد از 15 مصاحبه اشباع نظری صورت گرفت. ابزار پژوهش حاضر، مصاحبه های عمیق و اکتشافی بود. اعتبار یافته ها با روش های تطبیق توسط اعضا، بررسی همکار و مصاحبه های آزمایشی تعیین شد و براساس نظریۀ داده‌بنیاد با رویکرد ساخت گرای چارمز، داده‌ها کدگذاری و تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. مدل رفتار کارآفرینانه مدیران سازمان های ورزشی در قالب 9کد اصلی یکپارچه‌سازی مقوله‌ها بر مبنای روابط موجود بین آن‌ها، حول محور رفتار کارآفرینانه مدیران، شکل گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان داد که رفتارهای کارآفرینانه مدیران، قابلیت اثر‌گذاری بر تصمیمات مدیران ورزشی را دارا می‌باشد. در پایان به این نکته اشاره می شود که سازمان های ورزشی زیادی در مواجه با پاندمی کرونا و محیط های متغیر بازار و نوآوری های پیش آمده و تغییر در تقاضای مشتریان قرار گرفته اند که به نظر می رسد با داشتن آگاهی نسبت به این تغییر و پذیرش وقوع قطعی تغییرات به جای ترس از آن بهتر می توانند این مسیر را طی کنند و با خلاقیت و کارآفرینی این دوران را سپری و سازمان های کوچک و بزرگ ورزشی بتوانند به حیات خود ادامه دهند.

Presenting a model of entrepreneurial behavior of managers of Iranian sports organizations

چکیده English

The aim of this study was to develop a model of entrepreneurial behavior of managers of Iranian sports organizations. Participants in the present study were experts and experts in the field of sports management, entrepreneurship. The sampling method of the research was theoretical; Sampling continued until the categories reached theoretical saturation; and after 15 interviews, theoretical saturation took place. The tools of the present study were in-depth and exploratory interviews. The validity of the findings was determined by matching methods by members, peer review and experimental interviews, and based on data-based theory with Charms constructivist approach, the data were coded and analyzed. The model of entrepreneurial behavior of managers of sports organizations was formed in the form of 9 main codes of integration of categories based on the existing relationships between them, around the axis of entrepreneurial behavior of managers. Findings showed that managers' entrepreneurial behaviors have the ability to influence the decisions of sports managers in the corona pandemic. In the end, it is pointed out that many sports organizations are faced with the corona pandemic and changing market environments and the innovations and changes that have occurred in the demand of customers, which seems to be aware of this change and acceptance. The definite occurrence of change, instead of being afraid of it, can better take this path and pass this period with creativity and entrepreneurship, and small and large sports organizations can continue their life.
