The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between information technology and organizational entrepreneurship through intellectual capital in the employees of the Department of Sports and Youth of Fars province. This research is applied and descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research was all the employees of Fars Sports and Youth Directorate, numbering 114 people, of which 103 people were selected as a sample using the total number sampling method. The data collection tools were Marguerite Hill's standard organizational entrepreneurship questionnaires (2003), Lortz et al.'s information technology (2004) and Bontis's intellectual capital (2002). Descriptive statistics methods were used to describe the data, and Pearson's correlation coefficient, regression, and structural equations were used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between information technology and organizational entrepreneurship and intellectual capital and between intellectual capital and organizational entrepreneurship. Also, the results showed that the relationship between information technology and organizational entrepreneurship through intellectual capital was positive and significant. Therefore, it is appropriate for the managers and officials of this sports organization to pay more attention to the variables of information technology and intellectual capital in order to create a suitable platform for entrepreneurship.
