Creating knowledge and transferring it through training courses is the main strategy of human resource development in today's organizations. Therefore, the purpose of this research was Compilation of the efficiency model of operational human resource training of sports organizations in the sports events of the country's Super League. 120 referees and coaches of sports teams were present in this research by random sampling method. The research tool was Halton and Betts (2002) model of knowledge transfer questionnaire, which included three sub-scales of organizational factors, educational factors and individual factors, and the reliability coefficient of the dimensions of these questionnaires was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha test. In order to analyze the data, SPSS-22 software and Lisrel software were used (P≥0.05). After ensuring the goodness of fit of the research model, the results of the path analysis of the research model showed that the structure of technology (LF=0.66), knowledge application (LF=0.71) and skill development (LF=0.56) had the highest path coefficient. Therefore, the senior managers of sports federations can, through the establishment of technologies related to job requirements, apply and evaluate the application of the knowledge transferred in the upgrading courses and provide a platform for the specialized skills of coaches and referees while developing the skills of human resources, a necessary platform for the presence Successfully provide referees and coaches in prestigious world leagues.
