The aim of the present study was to design and explain a comprehensive model for examining the impact of management stability on the performance of Iranian Premier League football clubs. This study employed a qualitative approach based on grounded theory, and data were analyzed using Strauss and Corbin's systematic method. The research population consisted of university professors and elites in sport management, managers, coaches, and players with experience in the Iranian Premier League (at least 5 years of experience in recent years). Participants were selected purposively using snowball sampling, and sampling continued until theoretical saturation (16 interviews). The data collection instrument was semi-structured interviews. To ensure the validity and reliability of the findings, two criteria were used: member checking (confirmation by five participants) and inter-coder reliability (using Scott's pi coefficient, with 82% agreement). The results indicated that the model consisted of six components: causal conditions (5 categories), core phenomenon (3 categories), contextual factors (6 categories), intervening factors (6 categories), strategies (4 categories), and consequences (6 categories). The findings of this study can serve as a scientific basis for decision-making by football managers and policymakers in Iran to establish management stability and improve club performance. Specifically, it is recommended that structural reforms in the federation's statute, institutionalization of meritocracy in manager selection, and establishment of independent oversight mechanisms to reduce political interference be prioritized.
