The current research aims to identify and prioritize effective contextual factors in sports entrepreneurship. The statistical population consisted of physical education experts in the field of sports in executive bodies, who were selected as a statistical sample (randomly) by taking into account correlation studies. 250 people were selected as a statistical sample (randomly). Its content validity was done through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis tests. The reliability of this questionnaire was 0.92. The results show a positive and significant relationship between all entrepreneurial components (P<0.05). The results of factor analysis showed that the items of background factors effective in sports entrepreneurship explain 84.46%. 22.58% sports advertising platform, 16.57% sports requirements development platform, 12.43% sports equipment and training platform, 8.63% training and research platform, 7.91% sports planning and venue management platform, 03.00% sports services platform 7%, cultural background is 5.03%, technological background is equal to 4.25%. Based on the results of the confirmatory factor analysis, the model of the effective factors has a significant fit and all the components show an unfavorable situation of the level of entrepreneurship. According to the results, sports managers and officials should provide the necessary foundations for each of the examined components and take appropriate measures according to the specific economic and management issues and situations of the province, especially the problem of unemployment of graduates and the decrease in the desire for sports entrepreneurship.
