The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between jehadi management and organizational creativity through Islamic work ethics in the first secondary level teachers of Koh Chenar city. This research was applied and descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research was all 110 teachers of the first secondary level of Koh Chenar city, out of which 85 people cooperated with the researcher as a sample and using the total number sampling method. Data collection tools were standard organizational creativity questionnaires. (Smith and Scafer, 1969), jehadi management by Shariatmadari (2014) and Islamic work ethics by Ali and Al-Kazemi (2007). Descriptive statistics methods were used to describe the data, and Pearson's correlation coefficient, regression, and structural equations were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between jehadi management and Islamic work ethics with organizational creativity, and there was a positive and significant relationship between jehadi management and Islamic work ethics. Also, the results of the research showed that the relationship between jehadi management and organizational creativity through Islamic work ethics is positive and significant (P ≤ 0.01).
