Respecting the principles of professional ethics by teachers is considered essential in the quality of education; Therefore, the purpose of this research was to compare the effect of individual, organizational and social factors on the professional ethics of physical education teachers. This survey is descriptive and the statistical population was all the physical education teachers of East Azarbaijan province in all grades and 217 male and female teachers were selected as a statistical sample using the random cluster sampling method. A researcher-made questionnaire was distributed and collected electronically among the participants. This questionnaire had three dimensions: individual factors, organizational factors, and social factors affecting professional ethics. SPSS23 software was used for data analysis at a significance level of 0.05 and structural equation modeling with the partial least squares (PLS) method. The research results showed that all three individual, organizational, and social factors have a positive and significant effect on the professional ethics of physical education teachers (sig=0.001), but organizational factors followed by individual and social factors are the most influential factors on the professional ethics of physical education teachers. are. It can be said that to improve professional ethics among physical education teachers, special attention should be paid to all three influencing factors, especially organizational factors.
