In the contemporary world, the consumption of sports media has evolved into a primary form of entertainment for football fans.This research aims to identify and analyze the challenges and factors affecting the Experience of Media Sports Well-Being Among Football Fans in Iran. The research population includes all experts in the fields of sports management, sports sociology, sports media, and football, which has been conducted using purposive and snowball sampling methods. The study is qualitative and employs a thematic analysis approach to examine the data. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with experts in the fields of media and sports management. The results of the thematic content analysis of the interviews with the experts revealed 267 initial statements with a total frequency of 655. The findings showed that the main challenges in this area include poor content quality (importance coefficient 60), limitations in accessing media content (59), and technical issues in online broadcasting (45), all of which reduce fan satisfaction and well-being experience. Additionally, the factors influencing the well-being of sports media consumption include emotional experience of media consumption (68), social interaction and fan engagement (58), the impact of media content (49), and media accessibility (48). These findings will assist media officials, sports planners, and club managers in improving content quality, resolving technical issues, and enhancing social interactions among fans, ultimately providing a better experience for them. As a result, it can contribute to improving fan satisfaction and well-being in media consumption and enhancing the quality of media services in this field.
