Today, education in the real sense is carrying out a set of measures for the comprehensive development of students. Therefore, purpose of present study was to study effect of the relationship between sports teachers and students on the empathy and emotional intelligence of teenage female students. present study is an applied path analysis study, and data collection was conducted in the field. statistical population of this study was 1560 high school students in Azadshahr city. of which, based on the Cochran table, 308 adolescent girls participated in this study as a purposeful sample. Three standard questionnaires were used to collect data for this study: teacher-student relationships, empathy, and emotional intelligence. validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by sports management experts, and their reliability was calculated in a preliminary study using Cronbach's alpha as 0.81, 0.82, and 0.86, respectively. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. SPSS 25 and Smart PLS 3 software were used to analyze the data. The findings of the study showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the relationships between sports teachers and students on the empathy of teenage female students. The results also showed that there was no significant effect between the relationships between sports teachers and students on the emotional intelligence of teenage female students. Finally, it was determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between the relationships between sports teachers and students on the emotional intelligence of teenage female students with the mediating role of empathy.
