Analysis of Development Obstacles of Mass Sports in Sistan and Baluchestan Province

Abstract
This study, which was conducted in a descriptive survey and field manner, was a quantitative research type.The statistical population of this study included all experts in the field of public sports and sports management professors in Sistan and Baluchestan Province, from whom90people were purposefully selected as the statistical sample of the study.Data collection was achieved through a researcher-made questionnaire in the form of29questions and9factors (economic obstacles, individual obstacles, legal obstacles, cultural and social obstacles, infrastructure obstacles, legal obstacles, volunteer obstacles, information and information obstacles, and planning obstacles) on a 5-point Likert scale. The content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by 10 expert professors of sports management and its reliability was calculated in a preliminary test with30subjects using Cronbach's alpha coefficient (α_0.86).For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistical methods, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, confirmatory factor analysis and Friedman test were used using SPSS software version22and Smart Pls software version3.The results of the study showed that there is a significant difference between the prioritization of obstacles to the development of public sports in Sistan and Baluchestan Province.So that social and cultural obstacles, infrastructure obstacles, economic obstacles, educational obstacles, volunteer obstacles, planning obstacles, informational obstacles and individual obstacles were ranked first to ninth.
Therefore, according to the findings, it is suggested that in order to develop public sports in Sistan and Baluchestan Province, the culture of public sports must first be institutionalized, and then the necessary infrastructure must be provided to provide a basis for further growth.
