The primary objective of this study is to identify and analyze the various barriers that graduates of physical education vocational schools face in their path to employment. The research methodology is qualitative and descriptive-survey-based, utilizing in-depth interviews with 15 individuals from the statistical population, including physical education teachers, vocational school instructors, graduates, private club coaches, trained coaches from the Physical Education Organization, and professors of physical education and sport sciences. Sampling was conducted purposively and through snowball sampling, continuing until theoretical saturation was achieved. Data analysis employed content analysis and open, axial, and selective coding, leading to the identification of individual barriers, employment strategy development barriers, macro-political-social barriers, institutional barriers, macro-management barriers, economic barriers, and educational barriers. The findings indicate that the employment barriers for graduates of physical education vocational schools can generally be categorized into several main groups: individual barriers, employment strategy development barriers, institutional barriers, macro-management barriers, economic barriers, and educational barriers. The results of this study demonstrate that the employment barriers for graduates of physical education vocational schools are significantly influenced by individual, strategic, political-social, institutional, managerial, economic, and educational factors. Therefore, to enhance the employability of these graduates, measures such as strengthening individual and psychological skills, developing and implementing effective employment strategies, structural and legal reforms, improving infrastructure and institutional support, increasing economic investments, and revising educational programs are necessary.
